Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to help guide business decisions. You’ll work closely with finance and operations teams to build forecasts, track budgets, and support strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial data and create reports on financial performance and trends
Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights
Assist in decision-making on investments, cost reduction, and resource allocation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals
Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications
1–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or related roles
Progress toward CFA or CPA certification is a bonus
Experience with financial planning & analysis (FP&A) or investment analysis
